Fuji and Canon have both introduced new camera models in the Asian market. Canon has registered a DS126965 model on July 1st, equipped with dual-band Wi-Fi. This addition marks Canon’s third new registration for the fiscal year 2026, joining the DS126947 and DS126973 models. None of these has an existing counterpart:
Fuji has also registered two new cameras that are yet to be announced:
- Fujifilm FF260001: Registered on April 7, 2026, this model features the X-Processor 6 APS-C interface, tri-band Wi-Fi 6, and a CMOS Image Sensor.
- Fujifilm FF260002: Registered on July 3, 2026, it also includes the X-Processor 6 interface, tri-band Wi-Fi 6, and a CMOS Image Sensor, likely part of the 6 series:
